PRROGRESS OF ARTWORK
The artist will advise the client of the progress of the artwork and upon request. Pictures of progress can also be submitted for client approval. For digital artwork, proofs will be provided for clients to make any necessary changes or adjustments/approval.
RETURN POLICY
There are no returns on commissioned original art pieces and books. However, non-commissioned artwork purchased on the website can be returned and refunded within 14 days upon receipt pursuant of the discretion of the owner if the owner has been notified why the customer wants to return the artwork. It has to be a legitimate reason.
PERSONAL DELIVERY
Personal delivery, if desired, of original paintings and book purchases are possible within a 50- 60-mile radius from Crewe, VA without charge.
SHIPPING POLICY
Original painting orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days after order receipt. Paintings will be packed in a sealed clear bag, safe and snug with thick cardboard backing and shipped inside an appropriate container via FedEx. FedEx rates vary.
Proof of mailing with each item is provided. Please allow at least 1-5 business days for delivery if delivered within the United States. All original paintings are shipped door to door via FedEx to a home address. Please provide all of your contact details including your telephone number, shipping address, and email address. In your email, you will receive confirmation with your order and tracking details once your order is shipped.
Books will be delivered within 48 hours using USPS media mail pricing, please allow at least 1-2 weeks’ delivery.
